How can I return my items?
The order will not be returned but you can change with other items instead. To do this, you need to go to the store or contact our customer service.

How much do you charge for delivery?
For customer in Phnom Penh:
If you purchase from $30 and up, your order will be delivered for free. If not, you will be charged $1.5For customer from provinces:
If you purchase from $30 and up, your order will be delivered to bus station for free and customer will pay for bus fee.
Payment

How can I pay?
BabyWorld provides you two easy ways for the payment, one is Direct Bank Transfer and another is Cash on Delivery.
Direct Bank Transfer – customer can transfer money to BabyWorld back accounts including ABA and Wing. And then, use transaction ID as reference while purchasing.
Cash on Delivery – customer can pay after products have been delivered.

How to find transaction ID?
After you transferred by ABA or Wing, you will receive a bank statement. You can go to your bank statement records by using mobile App and enter transaction ID to proceed checkout.

Loyalty Points

How do I earn BabyWorld Loyalty Points?
You don’t have to do anything apart from start shopping at BabyWorld to start collecting points. If you purchase $300, you will get $1 as loyalty point automatically.

How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem by using your points to purchase other items that available at BabyWorld store.

How many BabyWorld points do I have?
Check how may points you have earned to spend on our products by Logging In to your BabyWorld account. You will see your points on first screen after logged in (dashboard).
Orders

How can I change or cancel the order?
So that we can make sure we can get your order to you on time our team start preparing your order 1 hour after you have placed it so we are unable to change or cancel after this point.

Can I pick up items in store?
Of course, you can go the store to pick your items in the store 1 hour after purchasing or just give our Customer Service team a call and they’ll sort it out for you.

How can I track my orders?
You can track your order by logging in to your account, click on Orders and click on the order that you want to track. Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive a notification by SMS.

What does my status mean?
On-hold: when you purchase by transferring money to BabyWorld bank accounts, it means that your order has been confirmed.
Processing: means your order has been confirmed and is now being prepared.
Cancelled: means that the order has been cancelled.
Completed: means that the order has been fulfilled and completed. -
Your purchase history
If you want to check and see what items you have bought in the past, all you have to do is login to your BabyWorld account. Once logged in, you will be able to see your purchase history by clicking on Orders.

How to create BabyWorld account?
Creating BabyWorld account is easy. You just click on My Account link (on desktop) or click on User Icon (on mobile) at top right corner, and then click on Register tab. Fill all required information, after that, click on Register button to create an account.
Your verification code will be sent to your phone with registered number. And then, submit your verification code to activate your account.

Why you need to create BabyWorld account?
BabyWorld account is required for purchasing on BabyWorld's website. When you make purchase order, you will be required to login first.
BabyWorld account consists of Dashboard, Order History, Address and Account Details.

How to reset your password?
No worry, if you forget your password, you just click on “Lost your password?” link. And then, enter your registered phone number and click on Reset Password button.
Your verification code will be sent to your phone. And then, submit your verification code to reset your password.

How to edit your address
If you want to edit your address including billing address and shipping address for the future orders, all you have to do is login to your BabyWorld account. Once logged in, you will be able to edit your address by clicking on Address.
In case, you want to change the address on order that you made, just give our Customer Service team a call and they’ll sort it out for you.
